Hello Soroptimists. We wanted to take this moment to wish you a Happy Lunar New Year!

2023 is the year of the rabbit—a kind, energetic, and resilient animal that represents patience and treating others with respect. Traits we know are near and dear to many of our own core values. 

Now, although rabbits tend to have quieter personalities, they also have great inner strength, allowing them to move towards their goal, no matter the obstacles.

That sounds like a lot of Soroptimists we know!

Let us celebrate the new year by taking wisdom from the rabbit and working collectively towards reaching our Big Goal of helping half a million women and girls through education.

By focusing efforts in support of our Dream Programs and Big Goal Accelerator projects, we can grow as a successful, life-changing, and well-recognized organization no matter the obstacles.

We wish you all a healthy, happy, and prosperous New Year!
