#TechTalks Updates
Featured Learning Lab: How to access open invoices online
Reminder: The member portal is only open to club presidents, treasurers and admins as we move through the new dues renewal process. Don’t forget, you can still access member resources from the website anytime!
We are kicking off 2025 with enhancements to the member portal experience for club admins responsible for managing club business online.
This month, we added a new section to the club profile to highlight open invoices to allow for an easier payment flow. This development is in response to club leaders who needed to do two things: (1) Access previously generated invoices to pay online at any time and (2) Add and pay for new members outside the overall master dues invoice. Check out your #TechTalks training resources to see how to access open invoices online.
We hope this solution offers more flexibility and autonomy for club leaders managing their club roster and billing process. Clubs can email siahq@soroptimist.org with questions at any time. Support call feedback is directly informing our enhancement strategy. We are in this together and here for you, always!
