Risk Management Reminder

SIA provides an optional Directors & Officers/Management Liability insurance policy, which protects the personal assets of a U.S. club’s volunteer officers against legal claims related to financial or management practices in conducting club business. Please see the SIA Club and Region Insurance Overview and Handbook for more information about this policy, which costs $300. Send your club’s Management Liability Program Enrollment form (don’t forget to sign!) and check to the insurance broker address on the form!

For U.S. clubs holding events where Soroptimist members serve alcohol: please see the “TIPS Training” section at the end of the insurance handbook.
