Know that access to the NEW! Member Portal is invite-only via email.

Club Leaders, if you do not have emails for all of your members, now is the time to collect them BEFORE you update your roster in July. It's imperative that all members have a unique email address on file. A member CANNOT use a shared email or club email address to log into the portal. This is because each email must be authenticated for data security purposes.

The Member Portal will open July 1 to Club Leaders. We are releasing invitations to the portal in waves. The first wave of invitations will go to existing Club Leaders. Incoming Club Leaders or Admins can work with your predecessor to update your roster and leadership roles for the next club year.

This phase of the release is dedicated to supporting Club Leaders as they learn a new process for paying dues this summer. After dues season is well underway, we will release the next wave of email invites. Timing depends on the volume of support needed by Club Leaders during this renewal period.
